Sauna

Barrels, cabins and heaters — sized by the electrical load nobody else prints.

The sauna market has a documentation problem. Manufacturers publish seat counts and wood species enthusiastically, and the two numbers that decide whether the thing works — heater kW and the circuit it needs — inconsistently or not at all.

Of every sauna and heater listing we surveyed on 16 July 2026, exactly one published its amperage. Everyone else publishes kW and stops, leaving the buyer to discover at installation that a 6kW heater wants a dedicated 30A circuit. So every comparison here carries the arithmetic, and the electrical guide explains where the numbers come from.
