Every product we compare where Amazon is currently reporting a price below its list price, largest reported percentage first, as of September 16, 2026. These are Amazon’s own figures from the same daily refresh that supplies every price on this site — we do not compute, round or predict them, and a list price is Amazon’s reference, not a promise of what the item sold for last week. If the refresh stops, this list empties itself rather than going stale.

What has historically gone on sale, and what has not
We read last year’s deal roundups and the retailers’ own sale pages rather than guessing. Every figure below is quoted from one of those pages, cited under Sources, and applies to the year stated — a brand that discounted last November has not promised to do it again, and we do not predict that it will.
Classes with a clear Black Friday history
Direct-to-consumer cold plunges. The branded, plumbed plunge tubs sold from the manufacturers’ own sites ran the largest documented sales. BarBend’s roundup of the 2024 event reported Plunge at 15% off sitewide, Ice Barrel at 25% off, Polar Monkeys at $500 off all cold plunges, Nordic Wave at $1,500 off its Viking tubs, and The Cold Pod at “up to 41% off select Cold Pod products and bundles.” Plunge’s own sale page, read in September 2026, advertised “up to 30% off Plunges” and $1,500 off its saunas with 0% financing — a sale running outside the November window, which tells you something about how this class prices.
Infrared sauna blankets. The named brands discounted sitewide. BarBend reported HigherDOSE at up to 30% off sitewide and LifePro at “up to 50% off recovery gear” for the 2024 event, and a separate report of HigherDOSE’s Black Friday sale put it at 20% off sitewide with 30% off bundles. Of every class on this site, this is the one where waiting for November has the strongest documented case.
Barrel, cabin and infrared sauna kits from specialist retailers. Almost Heaven Saunas’ own Black Friday 2025 page offered “30% off all eligible products, excluding heaters,” with its Heritage Collection at 35% off, running November 1 through November 30, 2025. BarBend reported Sunlighten at up to $1,800 off infrared saunas, Sun Home at up to $800 off saunas and cold plunges, and Redwood Outdoors at up to $500 off select in-stock saunas for 2024. Note that these are the specialists’ own stores; whether a discount reaches an Amazon listing of a barrel sauna is something we can only report when we see it.
Sweat tents and portable saunas. BarBend reported Sweat Tent at up to $700 off its tent plus $200 of accessories for 2024. The generic steam tents we compare on Amazon have no history we can cite.
Classes that rarely discount, or that we cannot document
Electric sauna heaters. The one explicit exclusion in our research: Almost Heaven’s 30% sale carved heaters out by name. We searched for a brand-wide Black Friday discount on Harvia heaters and found individual dealer prices rather than a published sale. Heaters are sized to a room and bought when the room is built; the market does not seem to treat them as a seasonal purchase, and neither should you.
Amazon-listed generic chillers and tubs. The TURBRO, EONIX, FADHOLE and similar chillers, and the inflatable and steel-frame tubs we compare, are marketplace listings with no sale pages we can read back through. We have no price history for them and we will not invent one. What we can do is show you what Amazon reports on them today, in the table above, every day the page is rebuilt.
Instruments, neoprene and consumables. Thermometers, gauges, socks, test strips and treatment bottles are $10 to $50 items. A discount on one saves you the price of a coffee. We found no reason to wait on any of them.

The first-plunge tub, and one of the product classes with a Black Friday history: The Cold Pod brand itself was reported running a sale on select products and bundles over Black Friday 2024. A reasonable one to watch for in November if you are not in a hurry.
Check before you buy: Floor space and a drain. Add a thermometer and it is a complete first setup.

The calendar, as far as it is published
Black Friday 2026 is November 27 and Cyber Monday is November 30. Amazon’s 2025 Black Friday Week and Cyber Monday events ran November 20 through December 1, and its October Prime Big Deal Days ran October 7–8, 2025; Amazon had not published 2026 dates when this page was written, and we will add them when it does. Almost Heaven’s 2025 sale ran the whole of November. The practical reading: the specialist sauna and plunge sales have opened at the start of November, and Amazon’s event has opened the week before the Friday.
Two things to do before any of that. First, if you are buying a sauna or a plumbed plunge, read our electrical requirements pages now — the circuit, the foundation and any permit take longer than a sale window, and a discount on a unit you cannot install by January is not a discount. Second, know the list price today. The table at the top of this page shows what Amazon reports; write the number down, so that in November you are comparing against a fact rather than a banner.
How we will handle the deals when they land
Each posted deal will name the product, quote the retailer’s own wording of the offer, state the date we read it, and link to where we read it. The price will still come from our live layer, dated, with Amazon’s reported list price beside it where one exists. We will not post a deal we could not verify on the retailer’s page that day, we will not post a percentage we computed ourselves, and we will not keep a deal on the page after it has expired. If a class we told you to wait on does not go on sale, we will say that too.

When is Black Friday 2026, and when do the sales actually start?
Black Friday 2026 falls on November 27 and Cyber Monday on November 30. Amazon's own event has started well before the Friday in recent years - its 2025 Black Friday Week and Cyber Monday events ran November 20 through December 1 - and the specialist sauna and plunge retailers in our research opened their sales at the start of November. Amazon had not announced 2026 dates when this page was written; we will update this answer when it does.
Will cold plunges and saunas be cheaper on Black Friday?
Some classes have a clear history of it and some do not, and this page keeps them apart. Direct-to-consumer plunge brands, sauna blankets and barrel and cabin sauna kits all ran documented Black Friday sales in the years our sources cover. Electric heaters were the named exclusion from one specialist sale and we found no brand-wide heater discount. For the Amazon-listed generic chillers and tubs we compare, we have no price history at all, and we will not invent one - what we can show is what Amazon reports today, on this page.
Are the discounts on this page real?
The percentages in the live-discounts section are Amazon's own reported list-price reductions, pulled by the same daily refresh that supplies every price on this site, and dated. We do not compute them, round them or predict them. The historical percentages in the text are quoted from the retailers' and publications' own pages, each cited under Sources. When we post November deals, each will carry the retailer's own wording and the date we read it.
Should I buy now or wait for November?
Buy now if it is a heater, an instrument, neoprene or anything you need before the cold sets in - the history does not favor waiting on those and the savings, where they exist, are small against the cost of a month without the thing. Consider waiting if it is a sauna blanket, a direct-to-consumer plunge, or a barrel or cabin sauna kit, and you can stand the lead time - those are the classes where the sales we read were largest. The table on this page goes class by class.

Each posted deal will carry the retailer's own wording of the offer and the date we read it, and the price will still render from our live layer rather than from anything we typed.
